Fayth Pentek

Fayth Pentek has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of real estate, event planning, and sales. In 2019, they began working as a Sales and Events Manager/Social Media Director for Best Venues New York, a unique and personalized event management agency based in Manhattan. In this role, they assisted clients with finding the perfect venue for their upcoming event with total event costs ranging from $20k-$2M. From 2015-2016, Fayth worked as a Real Estate Sales and Investments Licensed in New York and Florida for Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the second-largest independent residential real estate brokerage firm in the United States. During their time there, they successfully managed and negotiated deals with high-net-worth individuals and international clients, as well as served as an interior decorator and managed remodeling projects for clients to increase market value and to procure a higher ROI on rental and investment properties. From 2012-2015, Fayth was the Owner of Pentek Investment Properties LLC, a consultant for real estate investments and renovations in South Florida. In this role, they consulted and assisted clients in creating and listing rental properties and helped them determine rates, as well as explained tax implications of short term rentals in Florida. From 2016-2017, Fayth was a Sales Executive at the prestigious Hilton Club New York and West 57th Street by Hilton, where they closed over $2 million in club ownership and made the sought after “Premier Line” during their first year. From 2012-2011, Fayth worked as a Real Estate Sales/Event Planner for Coldwell Banker Real Estate in West Palm Beach, Florida, where they received the “New Outstanding Sales Associate Award” from Clarke Toole, CEO of Coldwell Banker. Lastly, from 2011-2012, Fayth was an Event Coordinator for Majestic Princess Cruises, Inc., where they set up sales meetings and pitched event proposals for prospective clients, implemented marketing programs with local hotels and businesses to increase revenue, and managed staff during events to ensure seamless and high quality event production.

Fayth Pentek has a varied educational background, having studied Event Management and Marketing in Hospitality at the University of Central Florida, Hospitality at Apicius International School of Hospitality, Real Estate at Florida Gold Coast School of Real Estate, and Real Estate at New York Real Estate Institute.
