Cindy Joffe is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic development across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant and Interim COO at bestchance Child Family Care, Cindy has previously held significant roles, including Executive Director of Operational Strategy & Integration at Ambulance Victoria and Director of Clinical Governance, Risk and Experience at Jewish Care Victoria. With a strong background in emergency services from Northern Health and healthcare consulting at PwC Australia, Cindy has consistently focused on enhancing operational outcomes, implementing innovative service models, and managing clinical governance and risk frameworks.
