Alisa Safina

Alisa Safina is a seasoned UX Researcher with a strong background in user research and product strategy across various sectors. Currently at BestDoctor since October 2022, Alisa previously held a short-term contract with Visa focusing on user research in the EMEA region. At Joom, Alisa led significant research projects for fintech startups Joompay and Onfy, both in a full-time and part-time capacity. Experience at Skyeng involved implementing mixed methods research to enhance student retention and customer satisfaction. Alisa also contributed to consulting projects with major firms during tenure at careerspace and served as a Research Associate at the Higher School of Economics, where Alisa earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
