Vanishree Radahkrishnan has a diverse work experience across various companies. Vanishree started their career at Courts Mammoth Sdn Bhd in 2008 as a Credit Officer, where they actively managed sales staff and worked with management to evaluate business systems. In 2009, they joined OCBC Bank as an Assistant Manager 7, responsible for handling unsecured and secured accounts and achieving daily productivity standards. Vanishree then worked at Nityo Infotech Services Sdn Bhd as a Training Consultant from 2011, where they developed instructional packages and managed overall training procedures. Vanishree joined GKK Consultants Sdn Bhd in 2013 as a Business Development Manager. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Bestinet Sdn Bhd as an Operation Coordinator, providing operational and administrative support to various teams. In 2016, they were promoted to International Business Operation Manager at Bestinet Malaysia, where they managed a team and handled medical center registrations and recruitment agency operations.

Vanishree Radahkrishnan pursued their education at Universiti Utara Malaysia from 2005 to 2008. During this period, they obtained a degree in International Business Management, specializing in the field of International Business.
