Emma T. has extensive experience in customer experience and brand management, currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Best & Less since November 2017, after a progression from Customer Experience Coordinator. Prior to this, Emma held various roles at TOPSHOP TOPMAN AUSTRALIA from August 2012 to August 2017, including Deputy Brand Manager for Topshop, where responsibilities involved leadership and operational management across the women's fashion sector. Emma also excelled as Team Leader, overseeing menswear at the Sydney flagship store, and contributed significantly as a Department Specialist during the brand's flagship opening. Earlier, Emma worked as a Counter Sales Assistant at JB Hifi. Emma holds a Diploma of Event Management from TAFE NSW and completed education at Narara Valley High School.
