Ofelia Briseno

Ofelia Briseno is an experienced production leader currently serving at Bestop, Inc. since December 2022. With a career spanning several organizations, Ofelia has worked in various leadership roles, including Continuous Improvement and Production Leader Supervisor at Gates de México from April 2015 to October 2021 and Coordinator Kaizen at Magna Seating from November 1995 to July 2013. Ofelia possesses expertise in personnel management, leadership, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
