Amy Bastow's work experience begins in 2010 as a Sales Associate at Max Mara Fashion Group. Amy eventually became an Assistant Manager/Merchandiser before leaving in August 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Client Success Manager at PaySavvy Canada until January 2014. Amy then joined noomii.com as a Customer Success Manager from March 2014 to October 2016. Amy was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Business Development and held this position until October 2020. In 2021, Amy became the Head of Customer Success at Ponder, where they worked until joining Storied as the Head of Customer Success in October 2022.
Amy Bastow received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Carleton University from 2002 to 2005. Amy then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Organizational Development at the University of San Francisco from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, Amy obtained certifications as a Psychological Safety Certified Coach from The Fearless Organisation Limited in October 2019 and as a Certified Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in September 2019.
