Heon Ung C. currently serves as a Technical Support Representative at BestRx Pharmacy Management Software since November 2022. Previously, Heon worked as a Conference Associate at Black Hat for a brief period in August 2022 and gained experience as a Warehouse Worker at MA Labs from March to June 2017, where responsibilities included inventory management. Heon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, completed in May 2022, and an Associate Degree of Transfer in Business Administration from Mt. San Antonio College, earned in June 2020. Additionally, Heon obtained an Associate's degree in International Tourism and Hotel Management from Yeungjin College in December 2016.
