Kevin Gruschka

Kevin Gruschka has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kevin most recently worked as the Head of Operations at BestSecret Group starting in January 2023. Before that, they held various roles at Hermes Germany GmbH from 2020 to 2022, including Standortleiter (HZB Manager), Manager Last Mile, and Umschlag Logistiker Paket-Depot München Nord. Prior to that, they worked at Sensata Technologies as a Teamleiter Customer Service/Logistik Specialist in 2019. Kevin also gained experience as a Werkstudent Brandservice at IVECO from 2018 to 2019. Kevin also served as a Zeitsoldat in the Bundeswehr Wir. Dienen. Deutschland. from 2009 to 2017. Kevin started their career at MAN Truck & Bus SE, where they worked as a Magaziner and completed a Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik from 2006 to 2009.

Kevin Gruschka obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL- Supply Chain Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, in 2016, they attended Sabel Schule for Wirtschaftsfachwirt-IHK. In 2006, they completed their Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik degree at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG. Kevin Gruschka also obtained their Mittlere Reife from Realschule Erding in 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Kevin Gruschka has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the Europäischer Computerführerschein (EDCL) from ECDL Deutschland. In 2015, they obtained certifications in SAP ERP Material/Einkauf mit Anwenderzertifzierung and SAP ERP Personalmanagement mit Auszeichnung as well as SAP ERP Foundation Level mit Auszeichnung from SAP. In 2014, they received certifications in Qualitätsmanager (QM) from DEKRA Akademie GmbH and Ausbilderschein (AdA-Schein) from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Qualitätsmanagement Beauftragter (QMB) from DEKRA Akademie GmbH in 2014.
