Oliver Heydel

Oliver Heydel is currently the Director HR Operations, Processes & Analytics at BestSecret. Prior to this, Oliver held the position of Director Global HR Operations at Elementis Global. Oliver also worked as the Head of HR Services North & Latin America at GEA Group. Oliver has experience in implementing HRIS software, developing global pay structures, and managing HR services. Before transitioning into HR roles, Oliver served in the German Military for 4 years and received Decorations of Honor for Exemplary Service. Oliver holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Bielefeld.
