Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith has accumulated diverse legal experience throughout their career. Starting as a Staff Attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services in 2016, they have since held roles as an Associate Attorney at Gross Polowy, LLC, an Attorney at HoganWillig Attorneys at Law, and a Labor Relations Specialist Attorney at Erie County Medical Center Corporation. In 2018, they became a Founding Board Member of Buffalo Creek Academy Charter School. Most recently, they served as Deputy Counsel and then Vice President of Legal and Compliance at BestSelf Behavioral Health from 2020 onwards.

Jessica Smith obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from St. Lawrence University in 2007. Prior to that, they attended Nichols School from 1999 to 2003. Jessica then went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree with a Trial Advocacy Honors Certificate from Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2013.
