Wei Yao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Wei began their career as a General Manager at YIPINTAIXIA in 2006. Wei then worked at Ericsson as an NPI from 2007 to 2008. Wei later joined Kimberly-Clark in 2008, where they held various roles including Indirect Sourcing Buyer, Commodity Sourcing-Packaging Material, and Asia-Pacific Category Sourcing Manager. In 2015, they joined Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Sourcing Manager. Currently, Wei is working at a company named "维致时装公司" as the Head of Procurement in the retail space, where they lead a team of 17 and manages various aspects of retail operations.
