Gitte Hansine Grydholdt Petersen

Gitte Hansine Grydholdt Petersen is an experienced pattern designer with a strong background in the fashion industry. Currently employed at BESTSELLER since January 2018, Gitte has worked on various brands including PIECES and YAS, focusing on denim, curve collections, and private label designs. Prior to this role, Gitte served as a design konstruktør at NÜ and held multiple positions in design, pattern making, and styling during a job hunting period. Gitte began the fashion career at East as a designer/pattern maker, overseeing a team, spotting trends, and developing prints. Additional experience includes working as a designer at Oriental Import/Export Trade ApS, where Gitte managed seasonal collections and quality control, and as a design/pattern maker assistant at Philosophy Blues Original, handling various design tasks. Gitte holds a degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from Margrethe-Skolen and has completed training in makeup artistry and computer design.
