Catherine Herr

Catherine Herr is a seasoned professional in lease administration, currently serving as a Senior Lease Administrator at BET Investments since July 2023. Catherine has extensive experience in the real estate sector, having held multiple roles at Link Logistics Real Estate, including Senior National Lease Administrator and Regional Lease Administrator from August 2019 to May 2023. In addition to real estate, Catherine contributes to the community as a member of the Passionate Hearts Committee at the American Heart Association since November 2018. Previous positions also include Lease Administrator at Brandywine Realty Trust and various roles within the Alpha Phi - Epsilon Kappa Chapter, where Catherine showcased leadership and event planning skills. Catherine earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2018.
