Instagram Lead, Brand Social at BET

Arielle Hermanson has a diverse work experience in the media and entertainment industry. Arielle started their career as a PR intern at Bella Public Relations in 2013 and later interned at BET Networks in 2014, where they worked in corporate communications. In 2015, they worked as a radio promotions intern at Atlantic Records and also held a marketing/commerce educational temp role at Universal Music Group. In 2016, they joined Universal Music Group as a content protection specialist, focusing on securing music licensing deals and combating piracy. Arielle then transitioned to roles at Interactive One, where they worked as a social media specialist for HelloBeautiful and later as a social media manager for MadameNoire. In 2019, they joined BET Networks as the Instagram lead for brand social and eventually became the director of brand social. Arielle is currently working at Netflix as the UCAN Manager for editorial and publishing.

Arielle Hermanson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies from Pace University between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they pursued Communications and Public Relations at Cumberland County College from 2011 to 2013.
