Ronen Kobaivanov has a strong background in the aerospace industry. Ronen began their career in 2005, working for the Israeli Air Force (IAF) as an Aerospace Engineer and later as a Boeing 707 Structure Engineer. In 2009, they became an F-16 Flight-Line Maintenance Officer and in 2011, they took on the role of Project Manager. Kobaivanov also served as the IAF Academic and Technic Officers Course Chief Commander.
In 2014, Kobaivanov joined Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd. as the F-100 Jet Engine Chief Engineer. Ronen held this position until 2017 when they became the Head of the Engineering Department. In 2023, they became the Director of the Jet Engines Group, where they oversaw all technical activities in the MRO department, including operations management of the production floor. Throughout their career, Kobaivanov has managed teams of jet engine engineers and has demonstrated strong leadership skills.
Ronen Kobaivanov obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from the year 2000 to 2004.
