Jennifer L. Williams, RN, PMP, PMI-ACP, LSSBB has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jennifer L. is currently serving as the Senior Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Beta Bionics. Previously, they worked at Fresenius Medical Care for a total of nine years, where they held multiple positions including Director of Operational Excellence and Program Manager. In these roles, they focused on driving transformation, implementing global processes and platforms, and leading operational improvement initiatives. Before Fresenius, Jennifer was the National Director of Process Management at Liberty Dialysis LLC, where they were responsible for process improvement and standardization across multiple facilities. Jennifer L. also spent several years at DaVita Kidney Care, where they served as the Field & Denovo Lead and IT Training Specialist, and led projects to standardize systems and processes across numerous clinics. Jennifer began their career as a Registered Nurse, working in various healthcare settings including dialysis units, cardiology and pulmonary units, and geriatric care facilities. Jennifer L.'sextensive experience in project management, process improvement, and healthcare make their a valuable asset in various industries.

Jennifer L. Williams, RN, PMP, PMI-ACP, LSSBB has a diverse educational background. Jennifer L. obtained their Associate's degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from Mount Aloysius College from 1997 to 1999. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Leadership at Southern New Hampshire University, which they are expected to complete between 2019 and 2023.

Jennifer has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2014, they became a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Fresenius Medical Care, and they also achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2017, Jennifer obtained the PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification, demonstrating their expertise in Agile project management. Additionally, they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt - Healthcare certification from Villanova University in 2012. Jennifer also holds the Planview Horizon 2020 Champion certification from Planview, Inc., which they obtained in September 2020.
