Joe Conkey

Joe Conkey has a comprehensive work experience in the medical device industry. Joe started as a Supplier Quality Manager at Boston Scientific in 2001 before becoming a Design Assurance Manager from 2005 to 2010. Joe later joined Bausch & Lomb as a Global Quality Manager from 2010 to 2013. Joe then worked at St. Jude Medical as a Sr. Manager, Operations Quality from 2013 to 2015. After that, they joined Medtronic - Neurovascular as the Director of Operations Quality, where they were responsible for quality engineering, quality control, and supplier quality. Joe managed all quality-related functions and hosted audits, including FDA and Notified Bodies. Joe's most recent role was at Beta Bionics, where they served as a Director of Quality in 2017 and was promoted to VP of Quality in December 2018.

Joe Conkey received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Biomedical, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Joe attended the institute from 1989 to 1993.
