Desmond Cave

Desmond Cave has extensive experience in business development and sales, particularly in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Desmond'smost recent role is as a Business Development Specialist at Beta Bugs Limited, which they started in December 2021. Prior to that, Desmond worked as European Sales at TwinStrand Biosciences from August 2020 to March 2021. From October 2018 to August 2020, they served as the Head of Business Development Europe at Vimta Labs Limited (Hyderabad). Desmond also worked as an Account Manager Toxicology Europe at BioReliance from January 2013 to October 2018. Before that, they were a Senior Account Manager at Aptuit in 2012 and the European Business Development Manager at Millipore Bioanalab from August 2010 to June 2011. Desmond's experience also includes serving as the Director of Business Development Europe at PharmaLegacy from August 2009 to October 2010, Director of Business Development Europe at Ricerca from July 2008 to July 2009, Director of Business Development Europe at LAB Research Inc. from August 2003 to August 2008, and Director of Business Development at Pharsight Corporation from February 2001 to June 2003.

Desmond Cave pursued their undergraduate degree in Biochemistry Toxicology from the University of Surrey, specializing in the field of Pharmacology and Toxicology. Desmond attended the university from 1978 to 1982.
