Kenneth McKnight

Kenneth McKnight has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1978 with the U.S. Air Force, where they served as Superintendent. Kenneth then worked as Human Resources Manager for Manufacturing Services & Integrations (MSI) in 1999, followed by Chief Human Resources Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington in 2000. In 2007, they worked as Director of Human Resources for Management Technology, Inc., followed by the same role at InterImage Inc in 2008. In 2017, they were Human Capital Manager for Strategy and Management Services, Inc. (SAMS). In 2018, they worked as a Senior Human Capital Consultant for an Independent Consultant, and also as a Senior Human Capital and Transformation Consultant (Federal) for Akytech Consulting LLC. In 2019, they were an Engagement Manager | Organization Transformation | Consultant for Grant Thornton LLP, and they are currently Director of Human Resources for BETAH Associates, Inc.

Kenneth McKnight has a High School Diploma from Myrtle Beach High, a Masters in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Industrial Security from the Community College of the Air Force, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Instructor of Military Studies and Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Kenneth has also obtained five additional certifications from various institutions, including Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from LinkedIn, Organization Design from LinkedIn, Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, Leadership Development and Succession Strategies (HCI-LDSS) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), and Strategic Workforce Planning (HCI-SWP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
