Ty Stolp, AIA, currently serves as the Director of Construction Support at Betenbough Homes, a position held since June 2009, overseeing a team of senior leaders across various departments and facilitating the production of over 2000 units annually with revenues exceeding $300 million. Prior roles included Architecture Manager, where Ty led a team in creating designs and implementing construction standards, and Architecture Team Leader, during which Ty developed construction specifications for more than 1500 homes and introduced a field manual for trade partners. Early in the career, Ty gained experience as an Architecture Team Designer, managing projects from inception to completion, and interned at Texas Tech University. Educational achievements include a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, both from Texas Tech University.
