Sofia Dianthe

Sofia Dianthe is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management and employment law. Currently serving as the Head of HR - Technology at Betfred since May 2024, Sofia has previously held several key HR leadership roles, including Head of HR at Sharp Gaming and HR Manager at Degree 53. Sofia's extensive experience also encompasses roles as a People Services Partner at Salix Homes, HR Advisor at Well Pharmacy, and contract HR Advisor positions at Acorn Care and Education Group and WorkPlace HR. Prior to these roles, Sofia worked as a Senior Employment Law Consultant at Peninsula UK. Sofia holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford and a BSc in Medicinal Chemistry from The University of Manchester.
