Luis Rodriguez is an experienced Information Technology professional with a comprehensive background in software and hardware solutions. Currently serving as an Information Technology Analyst at Betfred USA Sports since February 2020, Luis focuses on research and development along with web administration for user-facing applications. Previous roles include IT Administrator at Apicha Community Health Center, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and overseeing hardware acquisition, and Venue IT at Tribeca Enterprises, where network setup and security management were key tasks. Luis began their career as an IT Technician at Gateway Counseling Center, Inc. and held various positions in customer support and technical advisory roles, honing skills in diagnostics, system administration, and user education. Luis holds a degree in Computer Network Systems from LaGuardia Community College and graduated from the High School of Computers & Technology.
