Paul Crawford

Director Operations at BID Milton

Paul Crawford has held several leadership roles in various healthcare organizations throughout their career. Paul began in 1980 as an Operations Manager at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where they were responsible for maintaining and overseeing 1.2 million sq/ft of research facilities. Paul then moved on to Brigham and Women's Hospital, where they served as a Planning Department Senior Project Manager, restructuring the internal infrastructure plan and developing a 5-year program.

Next, Crawford worked as the Director of Facilities and Support Service at Harvard Medical School, managing a 2.5 million sq/ft campus and overseeing facilities management, environmental services, dining services, and energy management. Paul then became the Director of Facilities at Emerson Hospital, managing the operation of a 1,200,000 sq/ft healthcare facility and developing a campus infrastructure redundancy and business continuity contingency plan.

Crawford's next role was as the Senior Director of Support Services at St Elizabeths Medical Center, where they were responsible for the administration of all departmental programs and services on a 1,600,000 sq/ft campus. Paul also handled site selection and layout, secured funds for construction projects, and built positive relationships with community and civic leaders.

After that, Crawford worked as the Director of Facilities at Yankee Alliance before becoming the VP Support Services at Southcoast Health System. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Milton.

Paul Crawford attended Northeastern University from 1974 to 1978, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
