Suchi Srivastava is an experienced professional in Pharmacovigilance (PV), currently serving as Associate Director of PV Operations at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since May 2025, after holding the same title at Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. from August 2023 to April 2025.
