Ellen Glod

Ellen Glod is a registered nurse with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center since January 2022, Ellen has previously worked at Kent Hospital in both the ICU and Med/Surg units from June 2017 to December 2021. Prior to nursing, Ellen provided childcare as a self-employed nanny from June 2012 to February 2017, focusing on early childhood education and basic care needs for children ages newborn to six years. Ellen's early healthcare experience includes serving as a medical assistant at Rhode Island Foot Care Inc. from June 2010 to September 2011, where responsibilities included assisting with patient care and in-office surgeries. Ellen's education includes a Nursing Bachelor's Degree with a minor in Communications from Rhode Island College, completed in 2014, and previous studies at Florida Southern College.
