Duarte Garcia

Duarte Garcia currently serves as Vice President of Benefits & Retirement at Beth Israel Lahey Health, a role held since January 2020, after progressing through various leadership positions including Executive Director and Director of Benefits. Prior experience includes serving as Director of System Benefits and Manager of Benefits and Records Administration at Lahey Health from May 2014 to January 2020, where Duarte was instrumental in the administration of employee benefits and team leadership.
