Nancy Kasen

Nancy Kasen serves as the Vice President of Community Benefits and Community Relations at Beth Israel Lahey Health since March 2019, where responsibilities include designing community investment strategies across eleven hospitals and enhancing the organization's visibility amidst a changing regulatory landscape. In addition, Nancy has been the Managing Director at Community Care Alliance since July 2012, overseeing operations and strategic alignment for a health center network that serves over 110,000 patients annually. Previous roles include Director of Community Benefits at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where strategic community relationships were developed, and Director at JSI, managing health services delivery projects. Nancy commenced their career at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and CIGNA Healthcare, demonstrating a commitment to community health and quality management. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Healthcare Management and Health Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, Psychology, and Sociology from Drew University.
