Nicole Devita

Nicole DeVita currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for both the Beth Israel Lahey Performance Network and the Lahey Clinical Performance Network & Accountable Care Organization, positions held since May 2019 and July 2018, respectively. Prior to these roles, Nicole held various leadership positions within Lahey Health, including Chief Operating Officer at Beverly Hospital and Senior Vice President of Operations at Lahey Medical Center in Peabody. A strong background in health care administration is evident through previous roles such as VP of Operations for Lahey Clinical Performance Network & ACO and Executive Director at Northeast PHO. Earlier career experiences include senior management positions at BCBS of MA and Partners Community HealthCare Inc. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Health Policy from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
