Steven Kapfhammer

Steven Kapfhammer currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Beth Israel Lahey Health since May 2024, focusing on enhancing clinical and operational outcomes through a performance management model. Prior to this role, Steven served as President of North Shore Physicians Group from July 2008 to March 2023, where leadership was provided in strategic and operational planning for a multi-specialty group practice.
