Esther Shapiro

Esther Shapiro is an experienced educator and mental health advocate currently working as a Preschool Teacher at Beth Tfiloh Congregation & Schools since September 2023. Previously, Esther served as a Masa Teaching Fellow with Masa Israel Journey from September 2022 to August 2023 and as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Beth Tfiloh Congregation & Schools from January to June 2022. Esther's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from American University, where involvement included roles as a Tutor for the Student-Athlete Support Program and a Peer Tutor in Psychology. Additionally, Esther gained crisis intervention experience with the Montgomery County hotline during a role at EveryMind from January to September 2020.
