Alex Bluto

Alex Bluto currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Bethany Christian Services since October 2023. Previously, Alex held the position of Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager for the US and LATAM regions at Keywords Studios from November 2021 to October 2023. Experience also includes co-founding CYA HR Consulting as an HR Consultant from March 2021 to October 2021, and a progressive career in various roles within the City of Palm Bay from May 2015 to August 2021, culminating in the position of Human Resources Benefits Manager. Earlier roles include HR Manager at Mera Corporation and various positions at Automotores Antequera and TenarisTamsa. Alex's educational background features a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University, completion of the Executive Leadership Institute from Brevard County, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Villa Rica.
