Renee Steele-Paulsell

Renee Steele-Paulsell currently serves as Vice President of Philanthropy at Bethany Christian Services, where leadership of a nationwide Donor Engagement Team focuses on enhancing major and mid-level giving strategies to expand the organization's philanthropic reach. Renee is also a Co-Founder of Hoops Midwest, a family business dedicated to tournament organization. Previous roles include Region Vice President at the Arthritis Foundation, National Director of Chapter Engagement at the Foundation Fighting Blindness, and Vice President of the Mercy Health Foundation. With over 25 years at the American Diabetes Association in various leadership positions, Renee oversaw philanthropy operations nationally. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership Studies and a Master's Degree in Integrative Leadership Studies, both from Drury University.
