Erin Flicek (Engelhardt)

Erin Flicek (Engelhardt) is an experienced educator currently serving as a Second Grade Teacher at Bethany School since August 2022, focusing on fostering academic and social-emotional growth in students. Previously, Erin was the Founding Art Specialist and Curriculum Developer at Prodeo Academy, where a comprehensive art curriculum was created for over 250 students. Other roles included Instructional Coach and First Grade Teacher, significantly enhancing instructional quality and student engagement. Erin's background also includes artistic contributions to LynLake Brewery, participation in Teach For America, and leadership roles in St. Olaf College's Residence Life. Erin holds a Master's degree in Teaching from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Education from St. Olaf College.
