Frances Dorsey

Frances Dorsey, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Benefits Manager at Graceworks Lutheran Services, focusing on benefit management, safety, and disaster preparedness since January 2019. Prior to this role, Frances worked at Bruder Products Inc from August 2008 to January 2018, initially as a Recruiting Specialist in the Enhanced Living division and later as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included sales, customer relations, accounting, IT, and marketing. Frances also led the Recruitment and Outreach Team at Girl Scouts of Western Ohio from June 2012 to August 2017, enhancing volunteer and member recruitment, building community partnerships, and significantly improving employee retention. Frances holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Humanistic Studies from Saint Mary's College, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
