Pam Tieszen

VP, Institutional Advancement at Bethel College

Pam Tieszen is the VP for Institutional Advancement at Bethel College. Pam has been in this role since 2014. Pam has been working in education since 2003, when they started as a teacher in the Sioux Falls School District. Pam taught psychology and sociology before becoming the superintendent/principal of Freeman Academy, a small private school affiliated with the Mennonite church, in 2008. Pam has been with Bethel College since 2014.

Pam Tieszen received their Doctor of Education from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota in Educational Leadership and Administration. Pam also has a Master of Arts from the University of Sioux Falls in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Jamestown in Pam'story/Political Science and Health Physical Education and Recreation.

They are on a team with Tony Hoops - Director of Athletics, Robert Milliman - VP for Academic Affairs/Dean of faculty, and Samuel Haynes - VP for Student Life/Dean of students. Their manager is Jonathan Gering, President.
