Courtnie Rederick has extensive experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Director of Secondary Special Services at Bethel School District since 2021, with prior roles including Assistant Principal and Secondary LAP TOSA. Before joining Bethel, Courtnie worked as a Special Education Teacher at White River School District 416 from August 2018 to June 2021, where responsibilities included teacher mentoring and caseload management. Additional experience includes serving as the Special Education Department Head and Teacher at North Thurston Public Schools from June 2012 to June 2018, and earlier roles as an Autism Therapist with Advantage Learning Group and in various banking positions including Assistant Vice President at KeyBank and Branch Manager at Wells Fargo. Courtnie Rederick holds a Post Masters in Educational Leadership and Administration from Seattle Pacific University, a Master of Arts in Education from City University of Seattle, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University.
