Wendy Enriquez Donissaint

Wendy Enriquez Donissaint is the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Bethesda Game Studios. Wendy has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition.

Wendy started their career as a recruiter at Behaviour Interactive in 2005. Wendy then moved to Randstad where they worked as a recruiter for two years. In 2009, Wendy became the Recruiting Manager for Quebec at Compass Group Canada.

Wendy then spent a year as the HR and Talent Acquisition Advisor at Komunik before joining Ubisoft as a Senior Recruiter in 2011. Wendy spent two years at Ubisoft before moving to Global Eagle, where they were the Senior Director of HR and Talent Acquisition for Canada and the USA.

Wendy joined Bethesda Game Studios in 2015 as the Director of HR and Talent Acquisition. Wendy has held various positions at Bethesda Game Studios over the past six years, including Team Lead Manager, Senior Manager, and Manager of HR and Talent Acquisition for the Montreal Studio.

In addition to their work at Bethesda Game Studios, Wendy is also a Board Member at Îlot84, a non-profit organization that provides workspace for entrepreneurs in Montreal.
