David McPhail has over 8 years of experience in the healthcare industry. David began their career as the Director of Nursing at Peak View Behavioral Health in March 2010 and held this role until November 2012. Following this, they joined Leisure Care in November 2012 and served as the Health and Wellness Assistant Director until February 2013. David then became the Health and Wellness Director at Leisure Care from February 2013 to May 2018. Recently, they joined Bethesda Senior Living Communities in May 2018 as the Regional Director of Health Services.
David McPhail completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Pre-Nursing Studies from GMC - Georgia Military College from 1995 to 1997. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Colorado State University Pueblo, which they completed from 1998 to 2001.
