Laura Frame is the Corporate Vice President of Compliance and General Counsel at Bethesda Health Group since May 2023. With a robust background in healthcare risk management and health law, Laura has held various significant legal positions, including Assistant General Counsel at SSM Health and Associate General Counsel at St. Louis University. Laura’s expertise includes successful management of professional liability programs, risk management, contract drafting and review, and compliance oversight. Prior experience encompasses roles such as Senior Associate General Counsel at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and Vice President of Risk Management at St. Anthony's Medical Center. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Doctor of Law from St. Louis University Law School, and possesses over 15 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Laura is a licensed attorney in Illinois and Missouri and a licensed RN in Missouri.
