The Discipleship and Pastoral Team at Bethlehem Church is dedicated to guiding individuals in their spiritual growth and fostering a sense of community. This team works collaboratively to design and implement programs and events that encourage deeper faith, offer pastoral care, and support various ministries within the church. Their mission is to unite people in Christ, reach out to all community members, and contribute to building a better, God-filled community.

Discipleship and Pastoral Team

The Administrative Team at Bethlehem Church is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations and organizational tasks that support the church's mission to lead people to discover new life in Christ. This includes scheduling, handling correspondence, organizing church events, maintaining records, and providing essential support to church leadership and various ministry teams to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Administrative Team

The Directors and Coordinators team at Bethlehem Church is responsible for overseeing various aspects of community engagement, children’s programs, guest services, and resource management. The Community Director focuses on initiatives that strengthen community ties and outreach. The 211 Children's Director and the Resource Director & Children’s Coordinator manage and develop programs for children's spiritual growth and resource allocation. The Guest Services Coordinator ensures a welcoming experience for all church attendees and newcomers. Together, they advance the mission of leading people to discover new life in Christ by fostering unity, inclusivity, and community betterment.
