Dorily Esquilin-Perez

Dorily Esquilin, Ph.D, serves as the Director of the Center of Academic Excellence at Bethune-Cookman University since December 2021. Prior to this role, Dorily held the position of Bursar at Keiser University from January 2015 to November 2021 and served as Registrar/Bursar at STC from May 2008 to July 2014, where responsibilities included maintaining student records and enforcing the Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy. Dorily's earlier experience includes serving as Department Chair, Registrar, and Professor at City College Casselberry from May 2001 to August 2006, overseeing adjunct faculty and conducting evaluations. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Education with a focus on Higher Education Leadership from Capella University, alongside several certifications in Enrollment Management and Biblical Coaching.
