Daniella Rodas

Daniella Rodas currently serves as a Student Success Coach and Coordinator, Career Program Advisor at Valencia College, where responsibilities include guiding over 800 domestic and international students in selecting appropriate academic programs. Prior experience includes working as an Initiative Trainer at The Walt Disney Company, where education and onboarding were facilitated for new hires, and as a Regional Trainer at francesca’s®, managing a sales team and overseeing talent acquisition. Daniella’s career began with roles in guest services and sales at various organizations, including The Walt Disney Company and Harvest Restaurant Group. Daniella holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Education and Social Change from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, alongside additional studies in Italian Language and Literature.
