Shawna Brooks

Shawna Brooks is a dedicated educator and author with extensive experience in the field of science education. Currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Bethune-Cookman University since January 2020, Shawna is also a DP and AP Biology Teacher at Emirates National Schools since August 2019. Additionally, Shawna has been a Science Educator with the DeKalb County School District and a Teacher with Atlanta Public Schools since August 2017 and 2012, respectively. In the realm of authorship, Shawna has been producing works for 13th & Joan Publishing since January 2019, with a notable title, "My Agape." Shawna's professional journey also includes a role as an Administrative Assistant to the CMO and Social Media Consultant at iWeave International, LLC since 2012. Shawna holds a Master's degree in Science Teacher Education from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from Bethune-Cookman University.
