Sylvester Polk

Sylvester Polk has over 40 years of professional experience in the music and entertainment industry. Since August 1979, Sylvester has served as the Coordinator of the Music Technology Degree Program at Bethune-Cookman University, where responsibilities include teaching classes in music production and Pro Tools certification. Additionally, since June 1976, Sylvester has owned Polkbros Entertainment Group, providing a wide range of special event services, including photography, videography, and live sound support for various occasions like weddings and corporate events. Sylvester has also worked as a computer technician at the Heart Study Center from 1999 to 2011. Sylvester holds a Master of Arts in Music from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Music from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
