Or Tal has work experience in various positions. Or started their career at the Israel Defense Forces as a Givati in 2013 and worked there until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Media Manager at Vietnam 24/7 Travel. In 2018, they held a pre-internship position at Conforti CPA until 2019. Or then joined KPMG as an Audit Associate in the Hi-Tech Department from 2021 to 2022, and later became a Senior Associate from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Controller at Beti, starting in March 2023.

Or Tal completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from The Open University of Israel from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, Or obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Accounting from Ruppin Academic Center between 2016 and 2020. Additionally, Or earned a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in February 2023.
