Talia Aharoni

Talia Aharoni has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2015, they served as a Human Resources Officer in the IDF - Israel Defense Forces. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an Office Manager & Recruitment Coordinator at Mavrik Dental Systems. In 2018, they took on the role of Office and Welfare Manager & Finance Assistant at Kin Ecosystem. Starting in 2019, Talia joined HRplus, initially as a Recruiter & Community Manager, where they managed the full recruitment process and utilized social media platforms for recruitment. In 2020, they were promoted to Recruitment Team Lead, where they provided consulting services for recruitment and managed a team of six recruiters. In 2022, Talia joined Beti as a Recruitment Manager. Talia also holds a position as a Recruitment Manager at The Israel Medical Association since April 2022.
