Prior to this, he served as the People & Performance VP, Americas at Sorte Online, overseeing the People strategy and compliance team in various countries. With a background in HR and organizational development, he has held roles at companies such as STB Student Travel Bureau, Empiricus Research, and FÁBRICA DE CONTÉUDO. Thiago holds multiple degrees including an MBA in Strategic Management of People from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and certificates in Corporate Finance and NLP.
