Joseph Caputi

Joseph Caputi currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Regulatory Affairs at BetMGM since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compliance at Prophet Exchange from November 2021 to April 2024 and as an Associate at Duane Morris LLP from September 2019 to October 2021. Joseph's legal career began as a Managing Editor of Operations for Villanova Law Review and included a Judicial Internship with the Honorable Judge Mark A. Kearney, where responsibilities involved drafting judicial opinions and conducting legal research. Earlier roles also include a Law Clerk position at Console Mattiacci Law Offices, where Joseph focused on employment and contract law, as well as a Facility Manager position at O'Connor Sports Center, overseeing staff and facility operations. Joseph holds a Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History from Xavier University.
