Lee Monaco

Lee Monaco has extensive experience in security and surveillance, holding multiple leadership positions in various organizations. Currently, Lee is serving as the Director of Security and Surveillance at BetMGM, where they began in August 2021. Prior to this role, Lee worked as the Director of Security at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos from October 2017 to August 2021. Lee also has experience as the President of the Mid-Atlantic Organized Retail Crime Alliance (MAORCA) from 2015 to September 2019. Before that, they held positions such as Area Asset Protection Manager at CVS Health from 2013 to October 2017, Loss Prevention, Safety Manager at Lowes in 2012, and Loss Prevention Manager at Sears in 2011. Additionally, Lee has a background in emergency services, having served as a Firefighter/EMT Hazardous Materials Technician at the Department of Veterans Affairs from 2010 to 2011, and as an Assistant Fire Chief at Little Fork Vol Fire & Rescue from 1994 to 2011. They also have experience in law enforcement as a Police Officer and crime scene technician at Vienna from 2003 to 2010, and as a Corporal at Fauquier Sheriff's Office from 1997 to 2003.
